The Best Recipe Sources!
Although I have found a few cookbooks that I love, I am also working in life to go “paperless.” It is important to me to keep the clutter down, and one of the first ways I started that was by paring down my recipe collection.
I am a MAC user, so I purchased the supercool application called MacGourmet (www.macgourmet.com), and typed all of my recipes into the program. That application is great, allowing me to search by title, source, meal type, ingredient, etc. It is an extremely productive way to use my recipes, especially since no matter where I travel, I have all of my recipes on my laptop.
But when I need to find a new recipe to try out, I look at my favorite website. That website is www.allrecipes.com I have mentioned this before, but it truly is the most comprehensive site I’ve found. It is aesthetically pleasing, user friendly, and reviewed by real viewers themselves. My favorite aspect of the site is reading the reviews and applying the best suggestions to the recipes.
