Griddle – So Many Uses!
When I registered for wedding gifts during our engagement, I never thought to register for a griddle. However, at one of my showers, I received an electric griddle. I almost considered taking it back and exchanging for another product, but I was too lazy! Boy am I glad I didn’t!
My electric griddle is great! It is the Presto Professional Jumbo Electric Griddle. It is so versatile. I love its non-stick surface, its tray to catch any spilling liquid, and its consistent temperature control.I use my griddle for a few very specific items. I know there are many more options, and I am planning to explore with them soon. However, I use mine for: pancakes, pressed panini sandwiches, quesadillas, and grilled cheese. I find, hands down, that this griddle is the key to perfect grilled cheese and pancakes.My only complaint? It is a large item that could be tricky to store. Mine finds its home on the top of the refrigerator! That works out fine for us, and I am able to stack things on top of it as well (such as my crock pot!).Overall, it is a great use of around $30 and a fabulous addition to any home.
